What is inside a jar of Bee My Bloom?

The foundation is the gentle sweetness of acacia honey. We add flowers, fruit, spices or cocoa — depending on the flavour we are creating.

For floral infusions, the honey rests with the flowers and gradually takes on their aroma. Rose, elderflower and lavender give the familiar honey sweetness their own character.

Our dessert combinations reveal another pleasure. In Cherry Pie, fruit flavour meets cocoa butter, giving it a soft, creamy texture. Smoke takes sweetness towards bolder combinations — with cheeses and savoury bites.
