About Bee My Bloom
We found a recipe from 1907 in an old book in the attic. Acacia honey from the Balkan Mountains, rose petals picked at sunrise, and three lunar cycles of ageing. We decided to make it.
That is how we created our first rose product, which received a silver award for quality at the London International Honey Awards in 2020.
Today, Bee My Bloom is a Bulgarian brand of gourmet bee products and gift sets. We create flavours with different types of honey, flowers, fruit, spices, cocoa and natural aromas, depending on the recipe. From Damask Rose to creamy Cherry Pie for a warm croissant and Smoke for mature cheeses.

For our gift collection, we chose a glass jar inspired by a perfume bottle and a handcrafted oak lid. After the last spoonful, the jar can become a small vase for fresh or dried flowers, and the lid a holder for a tea light.
The choice begins with what that person loves — floral aromas, fruity desserts or unusual pairings with a glass of wine.
