Delivery & returns
Delivery
We ship by courier to an office or to your address across Bulgaria. Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days and delivery takes another 1–2 days.
Delivery cost
Delivery is €5.99. Orders over €80 ship free.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery, or online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We contact you after each order to confirm the details.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, email hello@beemybloom.com within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.
