Delivery

We ship with Econt to an Econt office or to an address in Bulgaria.

Delivery is paid by the buyer separately, directly to Econt, at the courier's current tariff. Its price is not included in the product total.

International delivery

For EU delivery, email info@beemybloom.com with products, quantities, country and postcode. Delivery availability, price, payment and timing are agreed before the contract is concluded.

Payment

Pay for the products cash on delivery, or online by card when available. We contact you after each order to confirm the details.

Returns

Consumers may withdraw without a reason within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Send an unambiguous statement to info@beemybloom.com or use the form below, without registration or prior approval. Return goods within 14 days of notification to „Венати Студио“ ЕООД, 5 Rosen St, Sofia, Bulgaria. Direct return costs are normally borne by the consumer; valid complaints are separate. Food or selection of a standard catalogue flavour does not itself remove withdrawal rights; statutory exceptions for opened protective seals, perishable or genuinely personalised goods apply.
