Honey gift set: how to choose the flavours

When you are choosing a gift for someone close, you often think of something very specific — their cinnamon coffee, a favourite chocolate dessert, or the elderflower syrup they order every summer. Those small preferences are exactly what can help you pick a delicious gift.
With a set of several flavours you do not have to guess one single favourite. You can include something you know they will love, and something new for them to try.
Start with what they love
At Bee My Bloom we pair honey with flowers, spices and other ingredients. If the person loves sweets, look at the suggestions with cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon. If they enjoy rose desserts or elderflower drinks, look for those aromas. And for the friend who always tries the most unusual thing on the menu, the smoky flavour can be a pleasant surprise.
The jars do not all have to be alike. Choose most of them according to their preferences and add one or two different flavours. That gives them something to compare, without turning the whole gift into an experiment.
If the gift is for two
You can include a favourite for each of them. One loves cocoa, the other loves floral aromas? There is no need to choose between them. Part of the pleasure is opening the jars together and seeing whether they like the same flavours.
When you are not sure
Ask what desserts the person loves or how they take their tea. That usually gives better guidance than the question "What should I get you?".
If there is no one to ask, choose a variety, keeping the stronger and more unusual flavours for one accent. Check the ingredients too, especially if you know about an allergy or a food the person avoids.
In the end, choosing should not be complicated. It is enough to be able to say: "I picked this flavour because I know you love it. The other one seemed interesting, so I decided you should try it."
Choose five flavours from the available suggestions for the Bee My Bloom gift set.
