How infused honey is made: three lunar cycles of patience

How infused honey is made: three lunar cycles of patience

The process begins with careful selection of ingredients. Dried rose petals, lavender, elderflower, cinnamon, vanilla or orange peel are placed in pure acacia honey.

The mixture rests in a cool, dark place where the honey slowly absorbs the essential oils. We wait about three lunar cycles before deciding the flavour has reached its balance.

Then the ingredients are carefully removed and the honey is strained to stay smooth and easy to spread. The colour and aroma have now become part of the honey itself.

The result is a jar in which every spoonful carries the taste of a Bulgarian garden, meadow or forest. No additives, no shortcuts, just time and care.
