DELIVERY
When you place an order on our online store, you will automatically receive an email confirmation at the address provided, notifying you that your order has been successfully received.
Registered users will receive an automatic email with their account access details. For every order, you will get email notifications regarding its status, including confirmation of order receipt and a notification once your order has been processed by our consultant.
Payment Method
– Cash on delivery (COD).
Delivery Area and Processing
Deliveries are made exclusively within the Republic of Bulgaria. When the ordered products are available, your order will be processed within 42 hours. Our courier service offers delivery within 24 hours for eligible orders. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the first working day after receipt.
Delivery Charges
The cost of delivery is not included in the product prices and is paid separately by the customer. The delivery fee is added to the total order value, except when preferential conditions with free delivery have been announced.
Delivery is carried out through a courier company with which the Seller has a contractual relationship. All orders are shipped via Speedy according to the published courier tariffs. The delivery fee is determined by the specific courier service chosen—whether it is delivery to the customer’s address, a courier office, or a parcel machine—and depends on the shipment’s weight and the total amount for cash on delivery.
For orders valued at up to 150.00 BGN (including VAT), the transport service fee is the recipient’s responsibility. When delivery is made to a specific address, it is the customer’s duty to ensure that a representative is available to receive the package.
Please note that the listed product prices remain the same regardless of the order quantity. For orders exceeding 500 BGN, please contact us by phone or email to receive an additional trade discount.
Cancellations and Claims
If a customer cancels an order that has already been dispatched, they are responsible for the courier fee in both directions. Unclaimed or undelivered orders will be automatically canceled after 7 calendar days.
In the event of any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please complete a protocol together with the courier detailing the condition of both the packaging and its contents. Any claims regarding the condition and integrity of the shipment should be addressed directly to the courier.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, provided that the products have not been used, their packaging remains intact, and their commercial appearance is preserved (all stickers and labels remain in place).
If a defective product is identified within 24 hours of receipt—and its commercial appearance and packaging remain unaltered—we will either replace it with a new item or refund the purchase price in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the date you, as the consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that transportation costs for both delivery and return are borne by the consumer.
If the delivered product does not match the specifications stated on our online store, we will refund the full amount paid in accordance with Article 59, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days of receiving the product via bank transfer. To process this refund, you must provide a certificate from your bank verifying your bank account details.
Please be aware that PM2020 EOOD does not accept claims if they are not made in the presence of the courier or if no protocol is drawn up regarding damage to the packaging.
After receipt and payment of the product, the customer may file a complaint or request a return and refund as provided under Article 69, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection and Marketing Practices Act.
