BEE MY BLOOM Honey & roses has been awarded with a silver medal for Quality at the 2020 London International Honey Awards (LIHA).
Honeys entered in the LIHA Quality Awards are judged by a panel of experts in a blind tasting. Eligible honeys must pass extensive testing by an independent accredited laboratory. Tests include pollen spectrum for floral and geographical source of honey, sugar profile to detect increasingly common adulteration and tests for heat treatment or pasteurization.
BEE MY BLOOM entered samples for the first time only for his iconic products with roses obtaining the prestigious award among above 5000 honeys.
BEE MY BLOOM products are a combination of superior ingredients from the beautiful Bulgarian land: the Bio Acacia honey collected in the unpolluted forest of Stara planina, infused with the famous rose Damascena picked in the famous rose valley of Kazanlak or infused the wild elderflower sourced from ecological region of Shumen upland.
BEE MY BLOOM Honeys are produced in an artisanal manner according an old recipe. BEE MY BLOOM Honey and roses can only be created in June, when the bees have made their first acacia honey, and roses has begun blooming in the Valley of the Roses.
